Something from the archives again / Ponownie coś z archiwum

 The first Japanese, and certainly not the last!

It's time for more planes from the archive, something I've painted before, but I haven't had a blog yet.

These planes are A6M2 Zero, painted during the attack of the Japanese fleet on Pearl Harbor, based on the Akagi aircraft carrier.

I chose this painting primarily because for me it is one of the most recognizable and characteristic aircraft carriers of the Japanese fleet from the entire period of fighting in the Pacific (even though it had been lying on the bottom of the sea since Midway).

 

The planes come from the Warlord starter set, while the decals are made by Bernhard, and I sincerely recommend them, because the set includes the numbers of probably all the Zeros that were stationed on Akagi, so you can mix up the numbers as you like :)

Now a little bit of "By Fire and Sword"

Finally, another unit for "With Fire and Sword". This time for a change.....  

Another L Moloitsy. This is my second unit from this formation (and currently the last one).

  There will definitely be another one in the future ;)

PS. The paint on B-17 is drying, so there will be something to show soon.

 

Pierwsi Japończycy, i na pewno nie ostatni!

Czas na kolejne samoloty z archiwum, czyli coś co pomalowałem już wcześniej, ale jeszcze nie miałem bloga.

Samolotami tymi są A6M2 Zero, w malowaniu z okresu ataku floty japońskiej na Pearl Harbour, bazujące na lotniskowcu Akagi.

Malowanie to wybrałem przede wszystkim dlatego, że jest to dla mnie jeden z najbardziej rozpoznawalnych i charakterystycznych lotniskowców japońskiej floty z całego okresu walk na Pacyfiku (pomimo, iż już od Midway spoczywał na dnie morza).

Samoloty pochodzą z zestawu startowego od Warlorda, natomiast kalkomanie są autorstwa Bernharda, i szczerze je polecam, ponieważ w zestawie są numery chyba wszystkich Zer, które stacjonowały na Akagi, więc można sobie dowolnie skombinować numery :)

Teraz troszku "Ogniem i Mieczem"

Na koniec kolejny oddział do "Ogniem i Mieczem". Tym razem dla odmiany.....

Kolejne L Mołojców.

Jest to mój drugi oddział z tej formacji (i obecnie ostatni). W przyszłości na pewno powstanie jeszcze jeden ;)

PS. Lakier na B-17 wysycha, więc niedługo będzie czym się chwalić.
