After getting into the world of fighting games and purchasing sets for several different systems, I am returning to the world of Blood Red Skies!

Completion of the Messerschmitt Bf 109G project for Croatia!

I managed to finish painting Messerschmitt planes, but in an unusual, Croatian painting. The planes have already had several battles that have already been shown here, but now it's time for their solo appearance!

Warsaw Blood Red Skies Tournament "Spring Departure"

On May 6, the Blood Red Skies tournament took place at the Matisoft Gaming Club store in Warsaw. Despite a better performance than last time during its winter edition, the place remained the same ;)

On the positive side, I saw a difference in the game and despite two defeats, I achieved a draw by playing against the winner of the tournament ;)

New projects!

And now it's time to make plans! More decals will certainly be created and over time some of them will be available for purchase. Follow the progress on the Facebook fanpage LINK

When it comes to painting planes, we will move to the Pacific, but for a while they will have to give way to the 6mm army from the American Civil War, which I will definitely show off here :)

Zakończenie projektu Messerschmitt Bf 109G dla Chorwacji!

Udało mi się zakończyć malowanie samolotów produkcji Messerschmitta, lecz w nietypowym, bo Chorwackim malowaniu. Samoloty mają za sobą już kilka bitew, które już były tutaj pokazywane, ale teraz nadszedł czas na ich solowy występ!

Warszawski Turniej Blood Red Skies "Wiosenny Odlot"

6 maja odbył się w warszawskim sklepie Matisfot Gaming Club turniej Blood Red Skies. Mimo lepszego występu niż ostatnim razem podczas jego zimowej edycji, miejsce pozostało to samo ;)

Z pozytywnych rzeczy widziałem jednak różnicę w grze i mimo dwóch porażek mój remis uzyskałem grając przeciwko zwycięzcy turnieju ;)

Nowe projekty!

A teraz czas na plany! Na pewno będą powstawały kolejne kalkomanie i z czasem część z nich będzie dostępna do zakupu. Śledźcie na bieżąco postępy na fanpage na Facebooku LINK

Jeżeli zaś chodzi o malowanie samolotów to przeniesiemy się na Pacyfik, lecz chwilo będą one musiały ustąpić 6mm armii z wojny secesyjnej, którą też na pewno się tutaj pochwalę :)

I'm opening a new war front! / Otwieram nowy front wojenny!

 A new front, but chronologically the first :)

Hey, due to the lack of yesterday's academy and lack of game partners, I decided to show something old/new today.

After a long period of trying, I can officially present the newest front in my collection, namely the approaching civil war in Spain!

To start with, planes from the end rather than the beginning of the conflict, namely the Messerschmitt Bf 109 in the E version and the I-16.

First, something old

First of all, I present a squadron of Messerschmitt Bf 109E fighters in the livery of the German Condor Legion flying on the side of General Franco's forces.

I made the models some time ago, but due to lack of opponents they were lying on the shelf.

 

 

And now for something new

Below is my last finished project, namely I-16 in the colors of the Republican forces.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Nowy front, ale chronologicznie pierwszy :)

Hej, w związku z brakiem wczorajszej akademii i brakiem partnerów do gry, postanowiłem dzisiaj pokazać coś starego/nowego.

Po dłuższym okresie starań mogę oficjalnie przedstawić najnowszy front w mojej kolekcji, a mianowicie nadciąga wojna domowa w Hiszpanii!

Na początek samoloty raczej z końca niż początku konfliktu, a mianowicie Messerschmitty Bf 109 w wersji E oraz I-16.

Na początek coś starego

Na początek przedstawiam eskadrę myśliwców Messerschmitt Bf 109E w malowaniu niemieckiego Legionu Condor latającego po stronie sił Generała Franco.

Modele wykonałem już jakiś czas temu, ale z braku przeciwników zalegały na półce.

A teraz coś nowego

Poniżej mój ostatni skończony projekt, a mianowicie I-16 w barwach sił Republikańskich.

Winter Blitzkrieg

My squadron

In the Blood Red Skies "Winter Blitzkrieg" tournament in Warsaw, I decided to field a squadron from the Imperial Japanese Navy, namely the A6M2 Zero, the symbol of Japanese blitzkrieg in the Pacific.

The squadron consisted of 5 planes: one rookie, two regulars, one veteran and one ace in the person of Saburo Sakai.

For Trait Cards I chose 2x Deep Pocket and 3x No Stalling, and for the doctrine card I chose Bait and Switch.

Moving on to the course and results of the tournament, I can confidently say that I haven't had such bad luck in my bones for a long time and I think there is no need to write more about it.

Barring bad luck in the dice, I think that choosing the inverse proportion of Trait Cards could reduce the scale of the failure.

Moreover, as part of the doctrine, he should have chosen Aggressive Tactics, which would significantly increase the maneuverability of the Zeros on the battlefield.

But the most important thing is to have fun, and to sweeten up being off the podium, our wonderful organizer, Marcin, provided the opportunity to choose a set of decals.

Of all the decals available, I decided to choose those intended for de Havilland Mosquito FB. mk. VI in the colors of 305 Squadron RAF.

Zimowy Blitzkrieg

Moja eskadra

W warszawskim turnieju Blood Red Skies "Zimowy Blitzkrieg" postanowiłem wystawić eskadrę z marynarki wojennej Cesarstwa Japonii, a mianowicie A6M2 Zero, symbol japońskiego blitzkriegu na Pacyfiku.

Eskadra składała się z 5 samolotów: jednego żółtodzioba, dwóch pilotów regularnych, jednego weterana oraz jednego asa w osobie Saburo Sakai.

Jako Trait Cards wybrałem 2x Deep Pocket i 3x No Stalling, natomiast w ramach karty doktryny wybrałem Bait and Switch.

Przechodząc do przebiegu i wyników turnieju mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że takiego pecha w kościach to nie miałem już dawno i myślę, że więcej na ten temat nie ma potrzeby pisać.

Za wyjątkiem pecha w kościach myślę, że wybór odwrotnej proporcji Trait Cards mógłby zmniejszyć skalę porażki. Ponadto w ramach doktryny powinien jednak wybrać Aggressive Tactics, co znacznie zwiększyłoby manewrowość mich Zer na polu bitwy.

Ale najważniejsza jest zabawa, ponadto na osłodę znalezienia się poza podium nasz wspaniały Organizator Marcin zapewnił możliwość wyboru zestawu kalkomanii.

Z wszystkich możliwych do wyboru kalkomanii postanowiłem wybrać te przeznaczone dla de Havilland Mosquito FB. mk. VI w barwach 305 Dywizjony RAF.

 Nowe zakupy

Teraz przyszedł czas na pochwalenie się zakupami!

Za radą Marcina zakupiłem sobie pudełko do bezcieniowej fotografii!

W związku z tym przedstawiam pierwsze zdjęcia, które to przedstawiają obiecane B-24 Liberator, znajdujące się w mojej kolekcji, których to historia dostępna jest w jednym z poprzednich postów!

Plans, plans and once again plans!!! / Plany, plany i jeszcze raz plany!!!

We're starting another week!

 

 This week is going to be quite special for me because I have two tournaments planned!

 

The first one is today at 5 p.m. at the Matisoft Gaming Club in Warsaw we have a Blood Red Skies tournament called "Winter Blitzkrieg". You will find out tomorrow what I entered in this tournament and how I did :)

 

On Saturday, I will watch "Open "miszczostwa" of Krakow vol.2" in the game "With Fire and Sword" ed. 2 from the Polish company WARGAMER, in which I will play with the Zaporozhian Army.

 

But back to BRS, there are two plans this week: one for painting, the other for decals.

As far as painting is concerned, I plan to finish what I started, i.e. two B-17Es for the Pacific theater and two Hurricane Mk.I for one of the Aces. You'll find out next week what happens next.

As for the decal plans, there are definitely decals for the Ju-52 in the queue (which ones I will leave in the guesswork) and decals for one of the Aces that I already have in my collection (I'll just tell you that it's a US ARMY Ace).

Additionally, I am planning decals for Typhoons and maybe something for the front in Africa :)

Zaczynamy kolejny tydzień!

 

 Ten tydzień zapowiada się dość szczególnie dla mnie, ponieważ mam zaplanowane aż dwa turnieje!

Pierwszy już dzisiaj o godzinie 17 w Matisoft Gaming Club w Warszawie mamy turniej w Blood Red Skies o nazwie "Zimowy Blitzkrieg". Co wystawiłem w tym turnieju i jak mi poszło dowiecie się jutro :)

W sobotę natomiast czekają mnie "Otwarte "miszczostwa" Krakowa vol.2" w grę Ogniem i Mieczem ed. 2 od polskiej firmy WARGAMER, n których grał będę armią Wojsk Zaporoskich.

Wracając jednak do BRS, to w tym tygodniu dwa plany: jeden malarski, drugi dotyczący kalkomanii.

Z malarskich rzeczy to mam plan skończyć to co zacząłem, czyli dwa B-17E na teratr Pacyfiku i dwa Hurricany Mk.I dla jednego z Asów. Co będzie potem, dowiecie się w przyszłym tygodniu.

Co do planów kalkomanii to na pewno w kolejce są kalkomanie na Ju-52 (a jakie to zostawię w domyśle) oraz kalkomanie na jednego z Asów, którego już mam w kolekcji (podpowiem tylko, że to As US ARMY).

Dodatkowo planuje jeszcze kalkomanie na Typhoony i może coś na front w Afryce :)

A new way of presenting my models - F4F-3 Wildcat / Nowa forma przedstawiania modeli - F4F-3 Wildcat

 

 F4F-3 Wildcat

 

The newest planes I have painted are the F4F-3 Wildcat in the livery of the VF-3 unit from the aircraft carrier USS Lexington.

The unit took part in, among others, the Battle of Midway and the Coral Sea.

 

My planes were painted with light colors on the bottom and gray top with characteristic red and white stripes on the rudder.

 

The models come from the Warlord starter set, but I designed the decals myself.

 F4F-3 Wildcat

Najnowszymi pomalowanymi przeze mnie samolotami są F4F-3 Wildcat w malowaniu jednostki VF-3 z lotniskowca USS Lexington.

 Jednostka brała między innymi udział w bitwie pod Midway i na morzu Koralowym.

 

 Moje samoloty pomalował w kolory jasny spód, szary wierzch z charakterystycznymi biało czerwonymi pasami na sterze kierunku.

 Modele pochodzą z zestawu startowego Warlorda, natomiast kalkomanie zaprojektowałem własnoręcznie.
